Customer training

We conduct training courses for our customers covering:

  •  On-site product familiarisation
  • Basic product maintenance
  • System integration awareness


Both underground and surface equipment training is offered, which can be conducted onsite or at our Springs-based plant.

Product familiarisation and maintenance covers:

  • Oil level checking & changeouts
  • Filter screen maintenance
  • Impeller checks & corrections
  • Measuring water flow on nozzles
  • Measuring air flows on scrubbers

The courses, which are conducted in a single day, are provided on customer request. Competency certificates are issued to certify an individual has been trained on a specified machine.
