Customer training
We conduct training courses for our customers covering:
- On-site product familiarisation
- Basic product maintenance
- System integration awareness
Both underground and surface equipment training is offered, which can be conducted onsite or at our Springs-based plant.
Product familiarisation and maintenance covers:
- Oil level checking & changeouts
- Filter screen maintenance
- Impeller checks & corrections
- Measuring water flow on nozzles
- Measuring air flows on scrubbers
The courses, which are conducted in a single day, are provided on customer request. Competency certificates are issued to certify an individual has been trained on a specified machine.
