CDC technicians conduct product and component repairs on all CDC equipment onsite or at our repair facility in Springs.

A dedicated field services team is always on standby to attend to your repair requirements timeously.

Our repair offering on scrubber units includes checking and repairing:

Standard turnaround on all repairs is 10 to 15 working days, while electric motors may take up to 35 days.  Our technicians repair motors to spec in the fastest possible time without compromising on thoroughness.

Product supply & repair warrantees

CDC has a 24/7, 365 product and equipment supply policy, which includes new equipment, replacement parts and service exchange units.

Repairs to our pumps and motors are warranteed for 6 months, and new electric motors warranteed for 12 months.

Service exchange

CDC offers a service exchange programme on all fans and pumps, available 24/7. Exchange equipment is delivered in approximately 4 hours from order.

An integral part of our maintenance, repair and parts supply service, all repairs are conducted in our workshop with fast turnaround times. The repaired and refurbished units are tested for revolution, flow and pressure, certified and test certificates issued.

We have invested significantly in service exchange units for customers to minimise their own back-up inventory, reducing their costs without jeopardising production flows. Our customer support engineers and service technicians are available at all times to assist you in the supply, operation, maintenance and repair of all CDC dust suppression equipment.
