CDC is a recognised Level 2 Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment
(B-BBEE) company with over 57.90% black ownership and 125% procurement recognition levels.
This was achieved by incorporating the National Empowerment Fund (NEF) as a majority shareholder in 2009, and by striving to meet the scorecard targets in all aspects of our business.
